Authenticity

Each artwork is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) attesting to its provenance. An artist biography and information relating to the work is also provided. 

Money Back Guarantee/Returns Policy

It is of upmost importance to Tali Gallery that our valued customers are completely happy with their purchase.  To ensure your satisfaction we offer a money back guarantee if you are not happy with the art work purchased through our online gallery. Please notify us within 10 days of your purchase and we will be happy to refund you for the value of the art work (minus postage costs) providing that the art work is in its original condition and accompanying documentation is included with your return.

Changing or cancelling an Order

If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact Tali Gallery immediately as once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. However the Returns Policy will apply in this case (see above).

Copyright Law enforces protection of all information contained within the Tali Gallery web site.   Content from Tali Gallery web site may not be copied, modified, published, transmitted, stored in a retrieval system, sold, reproduced, displayed or commercially exploited without prior written approval of its authors.   All images on our site are used with permission for advertising purposes only and are Copyright to the artists concerned.

Information contained in the Tali Gallery website is current and accurate at the time of uploading and is intended as general information only. Care and effort has been taken by Tali Gallery to represent as true to actual colour as possible in digital format.  However variations may occur and you may request additional images of art works if you desire.

Freight and Delivery

Tali Gallery will freight art works to any destination. Safe dispatch of art works is a top priority with careful attention to safe packaging practises. 

Deliveries within Australia usually take 3 to 5 working days.

International deliveries usually take 10 to 14 working days.

However this may vary depending according to shipping destination and size and may be subject to issues surrounding Covid.

Insurance 

Insurance is optional but highly recommended. Whilst every measure is taken to ensure safe delivery of purchases, Tali Gallery does not take responsibility for uninsured art.

GST   

All prices are GST (Goods & Services Tax) exempt.  Note that while overseas customers do not pay GST within Australia for Goods & Services even if they were to apply, duties and/or taxes may still apply in overseas destinations.  These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable on return of goods to Tali Gallery.

Methods of Payment  

Purchases may be made online or by phoning Tali Gallery directly. Online orders use a secure proven payment system through PayPal. We accept several payment methods and all options are designed to be as safe and secure as possible. Credit card details are not stored at any stage other than during the processing of your order. All information received from clients is strictly confidential. Your purchase will be dispatched once payment details are cleared or verified.

Payment by Credit Card : Major credit cards are accepted and payments may be made online or by contacting Tali Gallery. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to make a credit card payment.

Payment by Cheque: Cheques should be written out to Tali Gallery  and the receipt number, your name and contact number should be clearly written on the back of the cheque. Only Australian cheques are acceptable.

Please ensure that you code your payment with your name and invoice number. Customers located outside Australia will require the bank Swift Code which is BAU3M.

Tali Gallery abides by the Privacy Act 1988. Tali Gallery collects personal information for the processing of orders and shipping. This information may include your name, address, contact details and credit card information. Tali Gallery will only use this information for the purpose for which it is provided and this information will not be used for any other purposes unless consent given. Tali Gallery respects your privacy and your personal information will be strictly secured. Your personal details will not be sold, passed on or swapped with anyone.
